Thank you for supporting Jesi Mango Design™. We take pride in the quality of our products and the care taken to fulfill each order. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and order guidelines.

1. Order Processing & Cancellations

Some products on our website are made-to-order or fulfilled through third-party production partners.

Because of this, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been placed, as production begins automatically.

Please verify all order details—including size, design, and shipping address—before completing your purchase.

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns or offer replacements only in the case of:


  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Defective products

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:


  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photo(s) of the item and packaging

Requests received after 7 days or without required documentation may not be approved.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective:


  • Digital downloads or digital artwork

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items fulfilled through third-party production partners

  • Gift cards

4. Processing Refunds or Replacements

If your request is approved, we will issue:


  • A replacement at no cost or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging when applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address entry.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or stolen package claims may require carrier investigation before resolution.

6. Third-Party Fulfillment

Some products are printed, produced, or shipped by verified third-party partners. In such cases:


  • Production and shipping timelines may vary

  • Replacement approvals may require partner verification

  • Refunds cannot be issued for delays outside our control
