At Jesi Mango Design™, we work to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Shipping times vary depending on the type of product purchased and whether items are shipped directly by us or fulfilled through third-party partners.
1. Shipping Timeframes
In-Stock / On-Hand Items
Products that we personally package and ship from our studio will be processed and shipped within:
➤ 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, along with tracking information when available.
Made-to-Order & Third-Party Fulfilled Items
Some products are printed, manufactured, or fulfilled through trusted third-party production partners. These items may require additional processing and production time before shipping.
Typical production & shipping timelines:
Production time: 5–10 business days
Shipping time: Varies by location & carrier
Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout when possible.
Because production begins automatically, orders for third-party items cannot be canceled once submitted.
2. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product type or production location. You will receive individual tracking notifications for each shipment, if available.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, packaging, and destination. Some products may ship at a flat rate.
International shipping may incur customs, taxes, or import fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
Carrier delays or service interruptions
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
If your order tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details when placing your order.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
